The Specialized Allez S-Works Frameset X Allez E5 Smartweld Frameset - The Dollar weight comparison

I want this to be my next roadbike frameset project! Finally some clarity on these Chris D'Aluisio patented Smartweld technology Allez frames! I've been watching a couple of different Specialized Allez video's looking for frame weight info as the Specialized website does not give such info. Also I have been looking for the difference between the two Allez frameset versions;  S-Works and the E5. Over the course of three videos I've deducted the following information between the Specialized Allez S-Works Frameset and the Allez E5 Smartweld Frameset.

In this video Chuck Teixeira of Specialized tells us the Allez S-Works frameset in 56mm weights 1060grams with headset cups, seat collar and derailleur  hanger!

In this video Chad Price of Specialized shows us Allez S-Works weighing in at 1070grams and as the scale goes off camera he says 1060grams. We will assume this again is a 56mm size frame.

In this video Neil of Specialized tells us the Allez S-Works whole bike weights 100grams less than the Allez Race C2 whole bike. Not much can be deducted from that as all of the componentry and wheels came make for many weight variances.

OK, so my questions still remains, what is the frameset weight difference between the Allez S-Works and the Allez E5 frameset? What I am really getting down to is the MONEY as the S-Works frameset is $2,000 and the E5 frameset is $800. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE?!?!?!?
