Loretta Lam and Ronna Sarvas Weltman For inspiration, we chose the taijitu - the Taoist symbol of yin yang, representing interconnectedness and interdependence in nature. For years we have been collaborating, encouraging, supporting, critiquing and watching over each other's artistic development. So it seemed natural to create necklaces which reflect our individual style while paying homage to each others journey, balancing an exploration of the sleek and controlled with the fresh and loose. Each is a nod to the other, enhanced and informed by their relation to the other and the whole.
